TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using Webnetic Cloud services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the services. 2. SERVICES Webnetic Cloud provides access to domain registration, hosting services, business email solutions, server products, and other digital infrastructure-related services. Certain services may be delivered through third-party providers, partners, registrars, or infrastructure vendors. 3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed using a customer account shall be considered the responsibility of the account owner. 4. PAYMENTS AND RENEWALS Services are provided based on the selected billing cycle. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment of invoices and renewals. Failure to renew services before their expiration date may result in suspension, termination, or loss of service availability. 5. DOMAIN REGISTRATION Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registry, registrar, and regulatory requirements. Webnetic Cloud cannot guarantee the availability of any specific domain name. Expired domains may become unavailable for recovery depending on registry policies. 6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY While reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, Webnetic Cloud does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any service. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, security incidents, or factors beyond reasonable control. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE Users may not use the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities. Activities including but not limited to phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, spam campaigns, illegal content distribution, or activities violating applicable laws may result in immediate suspension or termination. 8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Certain services may rely on third-party providers. Webnetic Cloud is not responsible for actions, outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service limitations imposed by third-party vendors. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webnetic Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, business, revenue, profit, or data loss arising from the use of services. 10. MODIFICATIONS Webnetic Cloud reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service, feature, policy, or pricing structure at any time without prior notice. 11. TERMINATION Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that may negatively impact service operations, infrastructure, security, or other users.
